Search failed: no segments file found
Users attempting to perform a search within Cascade Server may
run into an error similar to the one below:
Search failed: no segments* file found in org.apache.lucene.store.FSDirectory
To correct this problem, an Administrator should log into the system and click Global System Menu ->Utilities -> Search Indexing. On the Search Indexing screen, check the Rebuild Index box, then click Submit.
