If you could check to see if they can provide you with the
Format, that would be wonderful.
In the meantime, something you can try is to
adjust the folder order of the pages within the faculty and
staff folder. Often times, Formats are generated based on the
folder order of pages to provide better flexibility for ordering
lists and navigation. After re-ordering the page(s), you will most
likely want to republish the entire folder so each page has the
newly ordered listing along the left.
