Inserting Pictures in Cascade

Ryan Griffith and I just finished a different topic. Below:
Hi Joel,
If you have an Asset Factory set up for images, files would added/edited/published in the same manor (using the File Asset Factory Type).
Let me know if you have any other questions about Files.

I am now able to save files in my asset factory and link them to webpages. BUT, I am not able to insert picture files in my webpages. See www.iudrumline.com (member page)
The pictures are inserted and look good in Cascade, but are not going live correctly on the web. There is a clear box with a red X in the upper left, instead of a picture. What step did I miss? What am I doing wrong?
