First off I want to apologize for not replying back to let you know how that CSS sprite advice you gave me worked. I still think I was doing something wrong but I have another question that could actually clear up a lot for me, including my previous problem.

One of my first projects here at the university is to create our department's website. We want to do some of the things that other departments have that Sarah must have created a while ago. One thing in particular is this page with the "fold/unfold" effect:

http://www.scranton.edu/board/members.shtml

I can see javascript file and even the block element, 'members-list', but I can't seem to replicate this effect myself on our marketing-communications page. I feel like I have to be close but I would I do this from scratch?

I know this is a loaded question but I feel like it would help me a great deal because I keep running into blocks like this.

Thank you!

    Hi Matt,

I hope you don't mind I split this discussion from the original CSS Sprite one and moved this into the How do I section so we don't confuse things.

It looks like there is JavaScript that dynamically loads content from another "bio" webpage into the corresponding container. Would you be able to provide a link to the page you are trying to add this affect to?

    Thanks!

Yeah I actually would like to apply to this effect three pages. It's not yet published but I do have the paths for each one:

    /marketing-communications/scranton-journal /marketing-communications/royal-news /marketing-communications/staff-listing

Hi Matt, Would you be able to publish the pages so I can see where you are at with the pages?

I'm actually running into another issue... I published the folder but I can't view the pages. So I went to publish an individual page and publish that and I get this:

“This asset cannot be published because there are no publishable configurations.”

It sounds as though the page's configuration(s) may not be set to publish.

To check, go to the page's corresponding Configuration Set (as defined by its Content Type) and check to see if the "Publishable" option is enabled for each configuration you wish to publish.

I went through and found out that the Configuaration Sets were not publishable so I went ahead and made them and now pages seem to be publishable now. I just can't get the URL to work. It says it's published though.

Can you confirm the page(s) were published to the web server ? Try browsing the server for the page(s) to see if they were uploaded successfully by your Transport.

Also, if you enabled the "Publish Report" option, check your publish report system message to see if there were any errors during publishing.

    Hi Ryan,

Sorry for letting this slide. We are still having issues with it publishing. We have been trying to figure out why it isn't. We have a meeting here tomorrow about it, among other things, and will hopefully have it resolved by then.
